My job is to fix what is not working. My approach is to roll my sleeves up and tackle your challenges and opportunities on day one.
I do this in one of two ways:

THE RETAINER MODEL
As the name suggests, I see you on an ongoing basis - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, whatever works. (My longest client is 13 years and counting.) This means identifying your goals and dreams, working towards them, whilst also tackling the business-as-usual pain points and opportunities that come up along the way.
This means putting brilliant thinking into practice every session. Pushing ourselves towards the goals that scare us because we had lost sight of the art of the possible.
Lack of imagination is the biggest flaw I see in companies. That won't happen when we work together. Imagination will be your edge.
Am I coach in this scenario? Of course. There's no getting round the fact that I'm a coach, but a coach who coaches through action. I've started and sold companies, turned them around, and run them - I know what you're going through.
I believe we learn better and faster through doing. I don't aim to change you as a person, I aim to change your company's fortunes and in so doing - I guarantee - you will change too.
With the retainer model, I am something of an anti-consultant consultant. I won't be coming in and doing weeks of learning about your company and your market and your plans: I will be hitting the ground running.
However, you might have a fixed problem you want addressed. In this case, instead of the retainer model, you might want a project-based approach. Then you would want my other model:
